How are the classes structured? 

Basic and intermediate courses run for six weeks. Boot Camp courses run for seven weeks. Each class is 50 minutes long. View the calendar on our website for start dates.  

Each class begins with a warm up exercise to start you moving and to introduce basic dance techniques. We review the previous week’s lesson and then add new material. We rotate partners throughout the lesson – this helps you to become a strong dancer, able to dance with anyone confidently. Please note: We no longer require couples to rotate partners.
